Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@kickspa.shop.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at contact@kickspa.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions
We don't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care goods once used.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification — independent of the 30-day policy above.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@kickspa.shop.
