What exactly is included?

Will it damage expensive sneakers?
No cleaner is universally safe for every finish. Choose the appropriate head, use minimal pressure and moisture, follow the care label and always spot-test first—especially on suede, nubuck or specialty coatings.
Can I use my own sneaker cleaner?
Yes. Use a small amount of a shoe-safe cleaner designed for the material you are treating. Avoid bleach and harsh household chemicals.
How long does charging take?
Charging time depends on the power source. Charge through the USB-C port with a compatible 5V supply and disconnect when complete.
